On the way back I did not receive the service I had initially. The driver who was very very nice was not given the flight details although I was told he was going to have the details I had to meet him outside which caused a lot of problems as the zone he was waiting at head closed so I was unable to get to the car as I said the driver Naveed was very very nice chatty And very friendly. What let the company down was the lack of communication between controller and driver."
